Firefoods Hot Sauces

Don’t be fooled by the aspect of Firefoods Hot Sauce bottles as what matters to Woody, the man behind the brand is taste over fashion. And what gorgeous treats he has managed to create!

The hot sauce that we use all the time is definitely Firefoods Chilli & Garlic hot sauce. The balance is just right between the fire and the garlicky taste that everybody loves but can get overpowering if not used right.

Firefoods Tropical Fire Chilli is something else altogether. A highly pleasurable mild to medium heat from habaneros combined with a subtle blend of pineapple juice, zest and juice of fresh limes and numerous Caribbean spices make it a real winner.

The medium-hot kick of Firefoods Fire BBQ Hot Sauce is just right and the smoky taste as well as the enticing smell are truly out of this world! For a taste of the Far East, have a go at Firefoods Sweet & Sticky Thai Chilli Sauce which has a distinct flavour tempered by a softening sweet after-taste that will make you weak in the knees!

Firefoods Reserve Hot Sauce (currently £2.95!!) is a bit mad with a hell of a lot of bhut jolokia shining through, complimented by black treacle, a hint of apricot and some mustard. For an even hotter version, try Firefoods Nitro Hot Sauce. Made with pure mixed fruit juice, the sweetness is what your tastebuds register first along with a hint of mustard... that is until the heat from fresh peppers and chilli extract kicks in and knocks you down for six. This is also currently on offer for £3.25 and since a little goes a long way, this is definitely good value for money.

We are very keen to see Firefoods become one of the best UK based chilli suppliers and knowing Woody and his wife, it won’t be long before they do hold this title.
