When it comes to growing plants from scratch, people are left with numerous choices influenced by the latest fashion and commercial whims which makes it difficult sometimes to keep an objective eye.
After researching several options we at the Devil’s Garden decided to stock Growth Technology’s Root Riot cubes. These cubes (available as a tray of 24 or refill bag of 100) are just fantastic as they allow you to get sturdy and healthy young plants that can then be potted on or planted out.
The cubes are supplied already moist and are inoculated with beneficial bacteria to accelerate the rooting process as well as micronutrients to nourish the young plants as they develop.
Growth Technology Root Riot Propagation Kit is also great if you want to avoid trailing the shops for equipment. The kit includes full instructions on how to plant seeds or cuttings, 24 Root Riot cubes, 100 ml of nutrient solution, a bottle of Clonex (rooting hormone gel), plant labels, a black pencil and even a sterile scalpel!
